Tray fallen apart and Dome tray was damaged.

was my first time ordering from the Eid Party. Overall it was okay but I bought 2 matching trays that come in different sizes with Arabic text on the rims which was slightly bent on the large one only had 3 tiny screws on it that fell off straight away. Taking the board off the actual tray. Quite dissatisfied with the quality of it. The smaller one was screwed on as it should be. Also the dome was also slightly damaged which has like something sharp and pointed thing must have hit it. Spent quite a fair bit but unfortunately the experience has put me off to make further purchases. I did email but did not receive a response.
