Bad quality

I like the banner, the quality of it is quite nice, however, the balloons are really bad. On the black balloons it says 'Eid Mubarak' twice, but on two of them it only says it once and on most of the balloons the letters are peeling off and some letters are cut off, the printing of it is terrible.
